Ordered 4 T-shirts. All sizes are wrong. No refund/replace policy which is just unheard of in clothing business. First timers need to see fitting etc.Obviously they don’t care about retaining customers. Bad experience.

I bought 3 "Save Soil" T - Shirts. 2 of them turned out good but one of them was a Polo T shirt for which the measurement was off by 6cm on the wider side which meant it was much bigger than I could pull off. On complaining they said that is under their tolerance limits and asked me to courier the item. They don't have a proper return policy which makes it a not so favorable option for online shopping. If that is taken care of then the rating would have been higher.
