So glad we booked with HiretaxiJapan! We booked our ride the day before and we got an email right away and a text right away! So easy and fast booking process online. Communication is great. The next day, our driver came on time and was friendly. Van was clean and spacious. We got to the airport a good amount of time. Everything was perfect. Our driver spoke little English but he was very courteous, punctual and professional. It wasnt a problem. Price was reasonably cheaper than klook and other private hire. Van was clean with wifi. Would recommend this to others.

We booked three reservations for transportation. Two were handled smoothly. The first pick up on 6/3/23, we are unsure of what happened. Our driver’s vehicle was at the airport when we arrived, but the driver was not there. Because of language barriers, we could not understand what had happened and the next steps. When I reached out to the company, another driver was assigned but we had to wait a while.
