Product not what I expected

Ordering was simple and quick quality of goods very good but once handed to delivery service not so good but no fault of stuburt . DHL poor communication service.

Clothing very good unfortunately I brought golf boots from you last year but they only last season as the sole coming away from the upper and leaking

I have no issue with Stuburt in terms of Brand & Quality and would award 5-stars. However you are asking me to review my recent experience which was with the shipping company DHL - the tracking and timeliness of the delivery were abysmal.

If you want to sell to Europe you should change your forwarder. Parcel Force does not work well in Germany.

I've worn the boots a couple of times. When I was cleaning them, I noticed that the surface layer seems to have cracked where the boots bend along the base of my toes. Whether or not this affects their waterproof properties remains to be seen, but I am a little disappointed.
