Rob and Petro were faultless at what they did - both were lovely, punctual, neat and did a fantastic job in our open plan kitchen diner, despite the high ceilings and some protrusions due to settling in of a new build in the walls and roof! They went above and beyond to help where they could (due to a broken washing machine) and I really enjoyed having them over. They were polite and trustworthy, kept to themselves and always put the furniture back to how it was each evening before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted the business to arrange a mist coat of new plaster after a botched job by the previous painters. The estimator called and requested pictures to be sent over WhatsApp. He messaged a fixed price of £4,777 (after a 10% discount). I requested a specification and he immediately countered with whether I agreed with the estimate. £5K to paint diluted matt emulsion on 3 walls seems a tad expensive so I said I needed to understand the spec to decide if the fee was fair and reasonable. The response what that the price was for two top coats of paint! No sanding down involved. It is best practice to lightly sand the surfaces before applying paint so that there is a key. I only wanted the mist coat done so for me this business absolutely failed in basic listening skills and and estimating.

The decorator that I had was superb.He came on the day he was due and always came on time.His work was excellent , He always cleared up afterwards every day and made sure that everything was clean.He moved the furniture and replaced it afterwards. He was very willing and helpful.

The job was to paint the outside of a conservatory and to repair or replace rotten wood. The quotation process was quick and efficient. The quote was reasonable and clear. Communications were good. The painter arrived on time each day, was polite and efficient. A good job was done.
