When we first needed software escrow in 2003, we were a new company of less than 5 people, and we had been asked for it by a prospective customer. They were a County government, who had been burned by other vendors, and were scared to do business with a new, small company. We didn't know anything about software escrow, but needed the sale, and EscrowTech explained everything to us, patiently answered our many (paranoid) questions and made everything very easy for us AND for our customer at a price that we could afford. That amazing level of service has continued all these years. EscrowTech has truly been a partner in our success, and we've grown over the years into a much larger company. Also, as an aside, being able to offer optional software escrow for our hosted software solution to our clients has been a tangible marketing advantage for us.

We went to EscrowTech with a unique situation that required a very customized escrow agreement after being told by several escrow agents that they couldn't provide that service. EscrowTech went beyond expectations and worked with our attorney to customize the agreement and worked with our tech team to set up processes so that our escrow is automatically updated.
