Really very good customer service, as a first-time customer, looking for an article which would not be a costly item, still the staff showed interest and a helpful attitude which could not be faulted in any way.

Staff very helpful, good communications and will sort out problems/issue, replacements sent out well packaged. But would have helped tremendously if they had originally sent the order of tiles 'well packed' in the first place, it would have meant I wouldn't have to go through replacement procedure.
