Ryan and his team have been nothing short of exceptional. From the very start he has provided support and guidance to enable me to kit out the studio as I had designed. His team were incredibly patient when I was dealing with delays in accessing the site (due to it being a new development). Once I had obtained access and had a very tight window to get the place operational, his team leapt into action and sorted out all the equipment and logistics to get it to me in no time. I cannot thank him and his team enough. Being my first studio and doing the majority of the build work myself I needed to be able to work with, and trust my supplier. 2nd time ordering from recharge, they do what they say on the tin. Great kit at a lower price then everywhere else, it takes a bit longer to deliver, but they let you know this and keep you updated on shipping and transit all the way through. I got some d-balls in sizes which I'd struggle to find from other suppliers as well as plyo boxes, some extra flooring and fractional plates. Happy with all the kit, top quality! Overall very good and easy experience

A member of the team quickly contacted me and discussed options to rectify the issue. I purchased a set of dumbbells from recharge fitness, and Ryan called before they were delivered to inform me when I could expect them and if there was anything more he could do to help me kit out our home gym. On the phone he was super helpful, friendly and really knowledgeable. We discussed flooring options and Ryan explained the difference in floor options and recommended a different option to what we were originally thinking of using. He was kind enough to even offer a discount if we bought the floor tiles through recharge (which we ended up doing). The quality of the products are amazing! The dumbbells are solid and the floor tiles are really thick and look amazing and have totally transformed our space! When the dumbbells were originally delivered one of the sets were missing, but Ryan did everything he could to track the box and delivered a replacement to be sent out the next day. The service is outstanding and I will definitely be going back to recharge fitness for anything else we need for our gym, and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for gym equipment!

Bought a wall-hung pull-up bar recently and couldn't have been more impressed by the customer service (I had some dimension and fitting queries), the delivery speed (a matter of days) and the look, feel and quality of the product. Just purchased a trap bar and 150kg weight plate set from Recharge fitness - I'm very happy with products and Ryan was very helpful and understanding - I have no experience in buying this sort of equipment and Ryan was very patient with me while explaining all my options. The prices were considerable cheaper than any others that I found (this sort of equipment is very expensive) and the bar and weights are of a good quality. I would highly recommend Recharge Fitness and i will definitely be getting my equipment from here in the future
