Had some trouble with the bike as it was a bit odd to follow the instructions. Excellent customer service helped me extensively and resolved my issue and sent me some extra stuff to resolve a separate issue. Very good

Nice bike, used it for a week without any problems. I rode 50 km in assist mode the other day, the battery is awesome. Expected to get it in a week, but it arrived in 3 days, what a surprise. Great customer service, quick and polite responses.

I have been using this bike for about a week now and based on my experience I think it is a great bike. Feels solid and has good speed and feel. Worth mentioning is the seat which is very comfortable. I was going to buy an extra padded seat before it arrived but I kept the default seat as it is so good. Need to oil the folding joints as it is very stiff to fold initially. Easy to set up and ride. The battery can be easily taken out which is a safety issue if you leave it in an unsecured area.

Bought two bikes for me and husband to get out more and exercise but can go further than walking. Very impressed with battery life so far, haven't used more than one full battery and have covered over 30 miles, it's great to have help if needed. Good solid bikes. One did arrive with minor damage, was very unhappy with it, had a dent and bent brake disc so had to email SAMEBIEK to replace it before we went out, thankfully the dent was only cosmetic as didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. Don't hesitate if considering buying as we have had a blast on them so far and they keep us in great shape.

Well, I can confirm that this bike meets my expectations and more. The customer service was excellent and while I didn't need anything from them to keep in touch, given that I ordered the black model in the first place, they quickly told me that this color was out of stock and offered a blue version with the same specs. The delivery was very prompt, in fact, it arrived safely in six days, well packaged and with no parts missing. The battery has enough power for my commute and trips to the store. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I'm glad that after receiving my bike, the customer service still took the time to keep in touch and ask if I had any questions. High marks for them.

Billiger China-Schrott, keine Zulassung in Deutschland. Das Fahrrad kam als Neufahrzeug bei mir an und ist überall verrostet(Rahmen, Speichen, Anbauteile). Die Verarbeitung und die eingesetzten Materialien sind ein Witz und haben nichts normalen europäischen Standard zu tun. Der Lenkkopf ist verzogen, das komplette Fahrrad wirkt wie ein Billigspielzeug. Finger weg!

Ordered a bike, got delivered to the wrong address. Despite repeatedly asking them to correct it, they didn´t do anything, saying "it's DHL's fault, we did what we could". The product got returned back, and I never got a refund.
