I decided to see a therapist as I’d been harbouring a great deal of anxiety, low-mood and depression. I had also just left a long term relationship and generally felt quite lost. The help I received was professional, warm and personable. Charlie is excellent. He was actively listening to everything I said as he would refer back to these previous sessions and had a real grasp of my life and circumstances after only a few short weeks. He strikes the balance between knowing when to interject with questions and guidance but also knowing when a person just wants to be heard. Throughout my sessions with Charlie I could steadily feel my resilience and confidence growing and felt great joy in finding my independence again.
