I have tested 7 crowdlending platforms to grow my savings. First with €1000 to see how they work. I have abandoned some because there are late payments and communication is not good. I kept Livonia and increased my deposits to 20,000 eur, because the profits are good with loans with a ROI of 16%. In addition, communication is very good with the Livonia team which is very responsive and responses in 1 day, sometimes even in 1 hour. Withdrawals also is working like a clock.

I registered on the platform earlier this year. Everything worked fine in the beginning...In the first weeks, communication from livonia was very fast (even on weekends), revenue withdrawals also worked, almost instantly. But after a few weeks, a problem arose - they stopped approving my withdrawal requests and, above all, stopped communicating. To this day, they owe me money without any explanation, they do not communicate either by email or through the phone number listed on their website. I started looking for information about the owner of the platform on the Internet and was horrified at what I found... Think very carefully if you invest money in this platform.

I have been with the platform since February 2024. Everything was as promised in the first two months (2 project cycles) - cashback, interest payment, communication ... Problems started in April 2024 when their Revolut account was blocked and they could not process any payments. Every day new promise came to solve the problem within the next 2 - 3 days but the reality was different. My trust in this platform dropped to level zero, so I decided to withdraw my investment. And here the real problem started - they stopped all communication, no answer to emails, phone calls, WA messages ... It is July 2024 and I am still not in possession of my investment. I had to hire a local lawyer, legal proceedings are in progress. Check on google all available information about the CEO/owner of this company before you decide to invest. There is quite a lot to learn ... My bad I didn´t do that before transferring my funds :(

Really fast response, and clear communication from company management.

I've been a user since February 2023 and since then have only had good experiences with Livonia. Both their web and mobile platforms are fairly easy to use and stable (no bugs). I've never had issues withdrawing or depositing money with them. No issues either with bad loans or non-repayments. Livonia offers predominately all kind of loans with some long-term real estate and business loans. Although they have had an excellent track record since inception, these type of loans are not without risk.

I've been using Livonia for just almost a year and I'm very impressed. I've averaged just over 13% interest, received prompt and friendly support when required, and even earned a bonus for referring a friend. The short term loans option gives me peace of mind that I can withdraw at short notice. I would recommend Livonia to anyone trying to boost their return on savings, however I would also advise diversifying. It's also worth considering the exchange rate. Good day. This platform is really good, I like that they have so many loans available , and I never had suffer from cash drag, and they have clear information about loans they offer, and depositing and withdrawing money is easy and don't take much time. I,m very satisfied with this platform.

This platform is small, but very interesting platform what offers collateral backed real estate or business loans, very good focus on investors who care their money, and this platform is offering very qualitative loans and they don't act us as dumb money, when I ask some questions about loans they management on Livonia is very responsive and they answer me literally about in 1 hour or even faster. Hello. I joined this platform at 2023 february and Livonia is my 5th platform in my portfolio. When I started to invest in Livonia, I invested in about 300 euros, right now I invest a lot of more and Livonia is 1st biggest in my investment portfolio and they pay out on time when I request it, of course they don't have highest yield, about 13%, but I actually get those 13%, not like different platforms with big default rate or delayed payments.

Livonia platform is working quite smooth when I registry first time in april, interest payments going well every month and there is very interesting projects to invest in, heard that soon they will get crowdfunding licence too.
