I updated my VW maps to make it work we had to update the firmwave Brian helped out and responded immediately to any questions I had. End result is an updated nav system for a fraction of the price VW quoted

Placed my order with latestsatnav and the update disc arrived a couple of days after..tried to do the update but my VW RNS510 unit just wouldn’t load the disc..got in touch with Brian at latestsatnav company who was very quick to respond and very helpful once I explained the problem..a few days later some replacement update software was at my door and now my unit is updated..a massive thank you and will recommend you in the future

I ordered the latest discs for my Jaguar xkr. A little long in delivery, turned out to be my rubbish postal service. The disc was loaded as per the instructions. It was a little scary when the navigation button was greyed out on the touchscreen, but the firmware loaded in a few minutes. The maps work perfectly. A little annoying that the new road outside my window is not on the map, but the new bypass is. Now about to order the updated disc for my Nissan Navara.

I was concerned at installing as there were no instructions but it went smoothly, no problem at all. Eject old disc insert new one and just let it get on with it. I was disappointed at first that it did not default to UK maps and so Post Codes didn't work but when UK selected all was OK. I have not been anywhere yet to test the maps, just local. I did notice that one or two other none navigation screens changed but all worked fine. My only other disappointment was that, for XJ Jaguars, the latest maps are 2012, six years old, why is that I wonder. It is a pity that the Sat Nav system couldn't be up-dated but I suppose that is too much to ask. Very Satisfied with Delivery, Installation and, so far, Operation of the up-date.

I have now had my "XF" for 10 years and the satnav was becoming noticeably out of date, prompting me to look for a replacement disc. Reviews for this Company and its product were excellent and which I have now found to be totally justified. The new disc was with me within 48 hours of ordering and loading was very easy, taking about 8 minutes. The old disc was ejected, the new one inserted and the "continue" instruction on the dashboard screen was pressed. I had the engine running during this time as I didn't know how much power would be taking from the battery and didn't want the possibility of loading stopping half way through. When first loaded there was no audio, which initially concerned me but after switching off the engine and leaving for a short while, everything was functioning perfectly. Recommended all round from installation, functioning, cost and fine service from "LatestSatNav."

I ordered a replacement disc but had an issue when selecting a new destination getting the message no entries available. I asked for advice and Brian recommending cleaning the laser. I have solved the problem with the disc without needing to clean the laser. The original BMW disc when selecting new destination gives the country as Great Britain and then you select the place you are going to. When using the new disc it gave the message no entries. This is because with the new disc you have to select the country and specify United Kingdom as Great Britain doesn't exist on the new one. Then I was able to select the new destination. To prove it I used the old disc and left the country as United Kingdom and you cannot select a destination but there is no error message. Now it is working fine and would recommend this disc.

Bought an update for my Nissan Note (2010) which had the Connect V1 installed. Was a bit wary because it was so much cheaper but read reviews and they were all positive so went for it. Was really pleased. Fast delivery, easy transaction, great service. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I purchased the 2018 satnav update disc for my 2009 Lexus RX400h. It arrived in a couple of days and you get the disc before you have to pay for it so I had the confidence that I could send it back if it did not work. I took out the old disc, put the new one in and when I got back to the driver's seat it was already loading. Works perfectly. Great value for money. I would recommend it.
