Rob and Elizabeth have been really helpful. Rob has been understanding with me on their facebook messenger. As I can be a difficult customer at times. I also have a hard time trusting people. But Rob has helped put my mind at rest. Elizabeth went out of her way to start a genealogist research project for me and my wife off her own back and continues to do so. She was very understanding with my folks, when it came to a tricky issue. Revolving around naturalisation and possibly renouncing their British passport. Which is obviously a tough subject with older people. She is trying to now help us at all costs. To find a genealogical link to another country. Because me and my wife want to remain with links to the EU. So this is a very long arduous process as you can imagine. So I would thoroughly recommend these guys to help you. What price can you put on retaining your freedom of movement.

I tried to apply for my citizenship because everything said it was so easy. After 3 failed attempts I got fed up and phoned RLLS. Robert and Elizabeth dealt very well with my questions and they dealt with everything and I now have my citizenship application logged and would recommend them to anyone. Worth every penny

Great service with a personal touch. Was recommended RLLS by Pader at Twelve Apostles. Mums passport expired, Elizabeth & Robert visited our home, took Passport pics and met Mum. There was an instant raptor with Elizabeth, who speaks Greek. Three weeks later Elizabeth collects Mum from home, she had another elderly woman from Church with her, drove her to The Embassy and sorted it all. Mum had a great day I had a day off. Amazing. More than I ever expected. Thank you Elizabeth and Robert, we will be using your services again.
