I placed my order online at about 7pm on a Friday. As soon as I saw the order confirmation, I realised that I had accidentally ordered 2 of one item. I immediately sent an email to PURIMA, but didn't expect to get a reply until Monday morning, at the earliest. Instead, at 19:06 I received an email with the updated order! I sent another email to thank them for sorting it out so quickly and received a further email with a 10% discount code for my next order. WOW!!! This is how customer service is done properly.

The use by dates on the mango and papaya were short just 2 months not very long at all for dried fruit , i got a reply then nothing after i asked about the use by dates hmmmm have to buy in a shop so i cn check the dates
