The Championship Teams full day workshop was just what our team needed to kick off the year. Angus was a brilliant facilitator who built trust with the team quickly and he really took the time pre-workshop to understand our business challenges and objectives for the workshop. The activities on the day were engaging, fun and highly practical back in the workplace. The feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive, with several staff saying it was the best team building day they have attended. The follow up with Angus post-workshop to consolidate and reflect was also highly valuable. I would highly recommend Rapid Teams to other organisations and will use them again in the future.

The team, Angus and Lanie, were extremely helpful in the initial stages of planning, very clear communication and engagement which put our mind at ease in the lead up to our 2 day workshop. For the team building session itself, all participants were able to take something away with them to help in our day-to-day interactions. Having to run a 3 hour session after lunch is never easy, but the way Angus had structured each activity kept us energised and engaged. The team building was the end of Day one of the workshop, throughout day 2 the entire team referred to Angus’s activities at some point to either emphasis how something could work, or why we should change our approach based on what we had learnt from the team building. I have no hesitation recommending Rapid Teams to anyone looking to unite and build a strong team environment.

Joanne Marriott from Rapid Teams ran a wonderful virtual reality workshop for our leaders in Feb 2022. Angus and his team went out of their way to accomodate our session at short notice and tailor a program for our requirements. Our facilitator Jo was fantastic and the activities were engaging, pitched at the right level and allowed the team to draw their own conclusions and learnings from the exercises. Angus, Claire and Claudia at Rapid Teams put together another awesome day for Bend-tech! Following our successful event in Fremantle last year, we invited the team to our new facility where they put together a range of fun and engaging activities. From building knowledge around team culture to facilitating a range of team strengthening exercises, and finishing with the VR Diffuse The Bomb Challenge, our team thoroughly enjoyed the day and already can't wait for the next event!
