While I was expecting the £ transfer to my account on the second day, I was asked additional information, which I felt unnecessary and too much. I told to Tasmin Williams, the lady I was dealing with, to transfer my $ back and deal with my Bank. She is asking for more information than what is required. It entails unnecessary transaction cost and delay.
