Waiting for my delivery for 3rd day, they saying it's on hold contact the sender, sender is saying they did not request it to be on hold, it's up for the delivery!!! It's a complete shamble! The worst service I have ever encountered!!!! The worst!

United Kingdom | 16 September 2019On 16th and 23rd Sep (15.45) Consistently reversing down Sopwith Way London SW11 - dangerous and inconsiderate to residents. You have no legitimate reason to use this road - please stop it.No response to formal complaint - problem still going at 14.11.19 . Useless, unprofessional,dangerous. The response from CK transport below tells you all you need to know about the lack of professionalism at this outfit. Use them at your peril.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2017Update: Due to a communication error, the shipment was collected by CK's continental partners after they had withdrawn from the job and was languishing in a warehouse somewhere in Germany, leaving us at a loss what to do. This time, CK responded brilliantly, taking full responsibility and delivering promptly. Considering that I had posted a scathing review, below, I find this very gallant. So am giving them four stars, despite the indisputable initial friction. Anyone can have a bad day. Original review: Last Thursday, CK promised to collect a shipment the next day but were "too busy" to send an email confirmation. They failed to show and failed to inform us, much less provide an explanation. Receiving no response to my follow-up email, I phoned CK on Monday mid-morning and was promised an update "within ten minutes." I waited over two hours, then wrote again, requesting a firm commitment for a collection day (with flexible delivery, I merely asked for a window). At this point, they decided not to do the job after all, accusing us of being unreasonable. Meanwhile, we had missed out on other, comparable offers. Bottom line: rude, unreliable, waste of time!
