En plus d’être jolie, la fontaine est très appréciée par mes quatre chats. Elle est suffisamment lourde pour ne pas risquer d’être renversée, et les différents points d’eau satisfont tout le monde. Également, le fait que l’eau soit accessible même en cas de coupure de courant est rassurant. Quant au SAV que j’ai dû solliciter, il répond dans la demie journée et propose une solution rapide.

Très rapide et je suis ravie de ma fontaine et mon chat encore plus. Je recommande.

Ich halte seit über 30 Jahren Katzen und war bisher nie auf die Idee gekommen, einen Trinkbrunnen anzuschaffen. Aktuell leben bei mir 3 Katzen, eine davon ist schon sehr, sehr alt und 2 Kandidaten (ca. 7 und 5 Jahre) sind vor gut 2 Jahren aus dem Tierschutz hinzugekommen. Und eben einer der beiden "Neuen" brachte mich auf die Idee mit einem Brunnen, da dieser Kater mit Vorliebe aus einem laufenden Wasserhahn trinkt (trank - jetzt ist der Wasserhahn uninteressant geworden. ;-) ) Alle drei Katzen trinken von Anfang an nur noch aus diesem tollen Brunnen. Jeder hat für sich die beste Stelle herausgefunden und es geht sogar zu zweit. :-) Dieser Brunnen ist wirklich gut durchdacht und lässt sich problemlos reinigen. Natürlich plätschert er etwas, was für einen Brunnen aber auch normal ist. Da er in der Küche steht, stört das überhaupt nicht. Entschieden hatte ich mich für die Farbe seawave, eine sehr schöne, elegante Farbe. Alles in allem, eine echt gute Entscheidung, für alle Beteiligten.

Long story short, its a crap e-commerce drop-shipping thing with a poor quality product they advertise as being better than it actually is. I believe they make it in a factory. I don't believe it's handmade. I consider it to be a scam. Accurate reviews about the actual quality of the fountain etc. can be found on chewy . com, search "miaustore". My experience - Opted to return fountain due to poor quality. Was within 1 year guarantee period and they specify you can get a full refund... FULL refund (including initial shipping costs, says so on their website). Contacted support to return fountain. Told to donate it to local animal shelter. Which I thought was weird. Asked about returning it again, still told to donate it so I did. Only given partial refund for cost of fountain. Not for extended warranty or shipping. 1 year guarantee clearly states the initial shipping cost customer paid is also refunded when fountain is returned to their warehouse. Eventually refunded the warranty (why would I want an extra warranty I can't use for a product I don't have anymore?). Still refused to refund shipping cost. Reply to miaustore's response - When you contact me privately, you specify "initial shipping costs" not being refunded. I have this in writing. Here you say "return shipping costs" aren't refunded. I didn't donate the fountain to your suggested "partner", I donated it to a local animal shelter within walking distance of my address. There were no "return" shipping costs to pay. I told you this when I sent you the donation receipt and you accepted this. If your 1 year "guarantee" states on your own website that you refund initial shipping costs, you should refund initial shipping costs. Whether there is a return cost or not. You just kept the initial cost for your crap product to be shipped to my address. That's not what your 1 year "guarantee" states. My bank refunded me in the end. When you knowingly sell a product that is sub par and keep part of the "refund" you promise people if they return it within one year, that's a scam. Not a misunderstanding. You also don't seem to actually have a warehouse to return the fountain to... This is the address of the UK warehouse, stated on the website - Postplan LTD c/o Jollytabby ltd, Unit 9 Cable Depot, Warspite Road, London, SE18 5NX. Postplan Ltd was dissolved on 20/02/24. It was a general distribution warehouse, doesn't look like "miaustore" owned it. "Jollytabby Ltd" appears to be the registered company name of "miaustore" in the UK. They changed their registered company address to 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4N on 08/02/24. This registered company address change has happened between these two addresses several times since "Jollytabby Ltd" was created in 2020. 86-90 Paul Street, is a business offering rentable private and coworking office space along with "virtual" offices (meaning you can use this address as your registered company address) starting at £15 per month. A guy called "Gerald" is the Director of "Jollytabby Ltd". He's resident in United Arab Emirates. Maybe something to do with Meow Products FZE, Creative Tower, Fujiarah, UAE (owner of the Miaustore Brand and the Miaustore product line)? Who knows what that has to do with saunas though... The address this company provides on Trustpilot (Passatge Mercantil, 2-4, 08003 Barcelona, Spain) is for a company that sells home saunas... Called MiauStore Saunas. Can be checked via Google. No longer seems to have an active email address. Miaustore EU Webshop Limited is based in Hong Kong. Their company details can be found in the Hong Kong Company Directory (Ltddir . com). Maybe related to "business owner Chen" from the "About Us" section? (Room 1902, Easey Commercial Building, 253-261 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong - contact is the general "support" email for "miaustore", seems to be a similar deal to 86-90 Paul St). Website says someone called "Floris" is the founder of "miaustore". He's the founder of Meow Products FZE... I think. Now seems to be starting an entirely new thing with drones and food delivery... It doesn't look like this "company" has an actual business headquarters... anywhere. They appear to vet reviews on their website, mine never appeared. They don't seem to escalate complaints. Their response times are all over the place, I had one at around 4 am. I contacted them multiple times over the course of a few months yet have only ever spoken to three people... A lot doesn't add up. You'll probably receive what you purchase from them (see other negative reviews saying nothing arrived). Its poor quality and not worth the hassle trying to return it to a warehouse that can't take it back anyway. Get a ceramic fountain off of Etsy, they look better.

Der Brunnen ist für meine 3 Katzen perfekt. Jeder hat seinen eigenen trinkbereich. Das Sprudeln durch den Bewegungsmelder hat die Katzen erst erschreckt aber sie haben sich daran gewöhnt. Es war leider nur eine Farbe verfügbar aber ich hätte wahrscheinlich sowieso schwarz genommen daher stört es mich nicht. Die Lieferung war deutlich länger als z.b. bei Amazon aber noch im Rahmen. Alles in allem ein tolles Produkt

Ik heb in 2022 een grote drinkfontein gekocht vorig jaar contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Miaustore in verband met het vinden van losse stukjes scherpe keramiek in de drinkbak. Er kon geen geld teruggegeven worden terwijl de garantie er nog wel was. Vandaag vond ik, omdat de drinkfontein weer schoongemaakt moest worden, een nog groter stukje keramiek van ongeveer een cm groot. Als mijn huisdier dit had opgedronken had dit veel innerlijke schade aangericht en was mijn diertje er waarschijnlijk niet meer geweest. Ik vind het schandalig dat jullie zo laks met klachten omgegaan want nu is inmiddels mijn garantie verlopen.En ik zit met een drinkfontein die ik liever niet meer wil gebruiken voor mijn kat. En nog twee minpunten er komt behoorlijk veel kalk aanslag op na verloop van tijd en wanneer je te vluchtig schoonmaakt ruikt de binnenkant van de zuiltjes letterlijk naar een vieze vissenkom. Ik raad door de bovengenoemde problemen dit product niet aan.

Schön verarbeitet, leicht zu reinigen und was mir besonders gefällt ist, dass die Pumpe beinahe lautlos ist. Den ersten Tag haben meine Kater noch die Bude geflutet, weil sie ne Wasserschlacht gemacht haben : ) Aber jetzt trinken sie nur noch daraus. Wird sehr gut angenommen und mein 14 jähriger Kater - der Opi meiner Katerbande - trink jetzt mehr als vorher. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Nach nur 5 Woche war die Pumpe bereits defekt. Trotz mehrmaligen Anfragen ob mir die Pumpe ersetzt wird. Habe ich seit Dezember 2023 keine Antwort erhalten. Bin sehr enttäuscht über dieses Verhalten. Freundliche Grüsse Sonja Käser Lommiserstrasse 8 9545 Wängi

Habe den Brunnen schon lange mit sämtlichen neuen Pumpen, wollte jetzt aber mal die Originalpumpe mit allem drum und dran probieren. Ist mir aber zu laut das Wassergeplätscher. Also wieder bei Amazon eine andere bestellt, eingebaut, passt! Ausserdem war ein Teil nicht dabei... was solls.

Ich hab den Katzenbrunnen letztes Jahr gekauft...sieht sehr schön aus und die Pumpe ist mega...gut gemacht mit dem Sieb ..kleines Manko noch...von innen sind die Türme nicht lasiert...was ich jetzt sehr Schade fand..der großen Schale hab ich beim dagegen stoßen einen Riß verpasst der auch doof gewesen wäre zu kleben, zumal ja immer Wasser darin ist und ich lieber eine ganze bevorzuge... LEIDER gibt es die Türme und die Schale nicht einzeln zu bestellen...so das ich jetzt gezwungen war... noch einmal das ganze Set zu bestellen...
