Fast and accurate response

Horrible experience. The company judged me as a fraudster, and cancelled my order for high risk order. The card I used was a one time use card generated by the app MbWay. When I asked where was my order, the support on WhatsApp sent me that the order got canceled automatically by the system. The support by WhatsApp is horrible, they take 1-2 days to reply each message. After the order canceled, they told be to talk with my bank because they can't do anything with it, and thanks to my bank they gave me the refund. A waste of time, thanks for nothing Yodoit, keep judging..

The quality is so bad, the display does not fit correct into the phone, it’s too thick and it makes vibrating and sounds like a toaster when a notification pops up

I asked for the iphone xs screen and they sent me the xs max screen. I sent all the photos, barcode, shipping label, photo of the wrong product and even so they told me that they were completely sure that they had not made a mistake. I kept trying to convince them that it was not like that and their only solution was to give me an address to which to send the screen written by WhatsApp. It will cost me more to send it than to buy a new one. Oh, they are not responsible for the return costs. totally unfortunate.

The screen wasn’t LCD as I ordered it , I didn’t like the quality, when I bright up and down i see a shadow between the lines, it’s doesn’t deserve this price..

J’ai commandé un écran de iPhone 11 Pro Max l’écran est jamais arrivé chez moi. Services client déplorable aucun service , pas de remboursement ni du renvoi du produit il ne cherche même pas à régler ton problème. Leur seule réponse c’est au client de trouver une solution avec leur transporteur. au final 40€ à la poubelle des voleurs a fuir… plus jamais je commande sur leur site. Pour info je suis la commande #12997.

I have received a non-functional display and asked Support for a replacement but they only offered me a 10 GBP refund, which I find unacceptable. I have used Yodoit displays before and was very happy but I can’t understand why you would not chose to very quickly replace a non-functioning product. This is not good customer service. Follow-up: upon my complaint, Yodoit very quickly sent me a replacement display, which works perfectly. Thank you!

I liked, that the screen was delivered pretty fast. But that’s it. What I don’t like is that I got two screens and both with cracks. That’s why you get just 3 stars.
