Ordered 2 raw metal vertical radiators for the end of our new kitchen diner, they were delivered the next day, installed yesterday and they are now sitting gleaming at the end of the room, looking fantastic. I think a lot of radiators are just ugly, so I wanted to find something that it would be a pleasure to look at, and these achieve that. The price was also very reasonable, I've seen them elsewhere for a lot more than we paid from Columnrads and I think we'll probably be using the company again very soon.

After an extensive search column rads had the best price for the radiator I wanted. But the low cost didn't mean they have cut back on quality or customer service as the product is first class and they couldn't do enough help me when I came to arrange the delivery.

A really perfect experience. This company not only rang me to let me know that they had received my order and that it would sent in a couple of days, this is as well as an email. You could ring the depo on the morning if delivery and get an estimated time! You know in life there are companies you would always trust like john lewis, well I will be added this company to the list. I take my hat off yo the owner for really thinking about the detail.
