I have ordered four pairs of pants from Sene. 2 of the first 3 orders had to returned for a complete remake, but fit OK after the remak. I thought we were closing in on a fit that would work every time. The 4th order arrived and was clearly not made to any dimensions that would fit me. Waist over 1 and 1/2 inches smaller; inseam 3" smaller, every other measurement way off. I corresponded with the only means of communication, an email address, received an acknowledging autoreply and another reply within a couple of days telling me to expect to head from their fit specialist. It has now been over a month with no response. I have sent three follow up emails to which there has been no response.

This company is a scam. I will continue to post negative reviews whenever able. I ordered the custom women's Skinny Jeans. They advertise 2-3 weeks for delivery after ordering. My jeans took 5 weeks to arrive. The first pair was too tight and had bunching in the knee area. I sent several photos and video to the fit team. They told me these issues would be fixed in the remake. The remake fit even worse. The crotch area fit awkwardly and there was even more bunching in the knee/calf area. I asked to return the jeans for a refund as I am within the 60 days. They went radio silent and have not responded to multiple texts or emails. I posted a review on their website which they filtered out because it was a 1 star review. This company is a SCAM!!!!

I'm getting married in October and was looking for a 3 piece suit and after a lot of searching decided on Sene's Empire Suit, but wasn't sure it was really a good idea to buy online. So I added it to the cart and gave myself a couple days to think it over. Within a day, Ray himself reached out, offered to answer any questions I had, assured me of the alteration process and even gave me a discount on the suit itself. It's hard to put into words how impressed and grateful I am to Sene Studios, from their CEO Ray to the team who handled fitting me including Landon and others, to their new head of development Mark. At every step, they went out of their way to not only make me feel like but actually show me, how much they valued my business. When the suit came it was mostly perfect but there were some things that needed to get changed. They made it incredibly easy to do and treated me like I had single-handedly made their business by buying the suit even though after the alterations, and on top of my discount, their actual profit was being cut into each time (they ended up entirely remaking my vest not because it was wrong on their end but because I wanted it to sit higher). And as many have said on here, the best part is that the quality, construction, fit and materials are flawless. I find it pretty rare to find a company that not only offers competitive pricing but also delivers amazing quality and has impeccable service. I couldn't endorse them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and drop into their store if you're in LA or if you're not, rest assured and be without fear, buy something and you'll be blown away.

Wonderful clothes

Sene is great brand! They offer high quality custom made clothes for an amazing price! I've always wanted to build closet with perfectly tailored clothes. Sene has a great collection of classic essentials and as a guy that's exactly what I like. When you purchase a Sene garment its definitely an experience. At their LA store you have a glass of Scotch while you get measured! And just hang out. It is sort of like getting a hair cut at your barbershop, super friendly guys and great conversations. I love the idea of making clothes from scratch, Sene does not mass produce clothing! Another reason to support this great brand.

I'm 5'6"/140lbs and buying a suit off the rack is a serious challenge. To get a great fit, I must try on a bunch of suits to find one with a good basic fit and then have it altered. This takes time and the results are not always awesome. SENE makes buying great fitting clothing simple. Once you get the SENE system dialed in - the folks there will help make this happen for you - the end results are impressive. I've purchased two suits and two dress shirts and very pleased with the results. These are the best fitting suits I've owned. SENE's clothing design is contemporary and works well for business and personal events. Highly recommended.

Not only did I get married in a sene suit, I proposed in one as well. So much bang for your buck. The quality is great and the design is fresh and young while still being classic. Should seriously consider getting groomsmen amazing fitted tuxs instead of those ugly rentals.

I have the navy @aguynamedpatrick suit, and it's amazing. The shape/fit is JUST right, the color is versatile and the tailoring is impeccable. I wear this suit everywhere: interviews, dates even church! Amazing product.
