I ordered an expensive set of 5 ink carts for a wide-format printer, only to find that they were not compatible due to my printer being an office works exclusive Canon model.. grrr. Although PrintZone (understandably) weren't able to take back the opened carts I tried on my printer, they did take back the unopened ones and provided a refund on these items. They were also very helpful while trying to diagnose the issue - thanks guys!

Australia | 19 February 2018My only problem is the courier company that you use who just can't seem to read delivery instructions and so I don't get my product when ordered, I have to wait for it to be re-delivered which is a little bit frustrating. This has now happened twice!
