When Ordering a Drum urgently for our Medical Practice, The estimated delivery was 1-3 business days... I called after 4 day and was advised that they order the drums from Dell and they take at least 7-10 working days to be delivered. They were not helpful when ringing to find out what was going on and it is misleading information to customers relying on the service we pay for!

The purchase experience was easy and quick. However, the delivery of the purchase was not, the website outlined 1-2 days but it took around a week to arrive and the tracking did not work (providing an error). On submitting a query regarding this no response was received.

First time users ordered products and received them next day. Would highly recommend to others.
