France | 20 June 2018I have incorporated an Irish company as a non-resident, and discovered it was not simple because of co-signature. When you are one director, you need a secretary to submit every official paper to Irish authority. Consequently, your agent has to be reliable.and I I first used a different agent than Company bureau and I discovered they didn't read their emails on a daily basis. I understood I was about to get fined by the Irish authorities and I switched to Company bureau when it was time to submit my second B1 annual return. It was a relief, they answered mails 5 days a week from roughly 9h to 17h. They know the Irish corporate act well. They don't try to sell unnecessary services. They don't ask useless questions about your business. They aren't pushy to sell you something that you don't need. The "know your customer" process isn't crazy. When you ask them to do something they are responsive and they follow up on your matters. they are clear and professional.
