As ever, you always go the extra mile. Both Paul and Andy were brilliant. Not only an excellent job but fine tuned to suit my individual needs.

The engineer arrived on time done a visual check of the system, then set about fixing the problem, all done in a timely fashion cleaned up any mess and checked the system for full operation. Job done.

Professional and polite service from the moment of first contact over the phone through to the end. I was kept upto date with bookings and eta's and the problem was diagnosed quickly and sorted with no worries. Would highly recommend

A home drama when our bath filled with water and would not empty, i tried my best to deal with it, but failed completly,so i rang cs as they had previously carried out good work for me before. Andy arrived promptly, and immediately set to work to find out why our water pressure is so poor. He eventually tracked it down to the cellar. This is now being rectified. Andy was courteous and helpful. He sent videos to explain the problem, which was really helpful. Highly recommend the company.

They came and told us what they would be doing, the quote for the work we were happy with. They arrived at a good time. We were expecting the new boiler to take a day and a half as there were a few other bits to do. Our engineer finished in a day. No mess was left, we were very happy with this service and will be using these guys again.

CS Plumbing replaced a leaking shower. We wanted a complete replacement which involved levelling the floor, installing a new shower tray, glass walls, new piping and using high quality materials. Everything is perfect. CS Plumbing have done a number of jobs for us over the past few years. They are very professional and approachable. We trust them implicitly as they have never let us down.

Boiler man was on time which is always good and he was very pleasant.

I had a problem with my shower pump.They sorted it out so quickly. They kept me updated and Emma was so helpful. I never use any other company. Great service.

Great prompt help and service

Once again, C S. Plumbing and heating have done a fantastic job. Only called them yesterday with a problem and they booked me in for the following morning. Everyone who is associated with CS plumbing and heating are courteous professional and offer a fantastic service. From Emma who answered the initial call to John the engineer who came round to fix a problem. I have nothing but positive things to say.
