The company did what was necessary to help me purchase a car but I was frustrated with all the identity checks, photo and video. It would have been nice if they had worked closer with the dealer selling the car as they had already had proof of identity.

Its my first time using Jigsaw Finance to purchase a vehicle. The entire process was made very easy by Jigsaw representative Antonio. This guy is amazing keeping you informed of every step of the process. Advising you through the process and communicating with the lender and the car garage in order for the customer to have a stress free experience. I'm so happy that Antonio was a big part of the process. From seeing the vehicle online to providing copies of ID and signing the finance contract with the lender took no more than about three days in my case so I am very happy with the service and want to send a big thank you to Antonio dor the stress free transaction.
