They kept me informed the best they could and battled against the lender to get what I needed. This to me was above their job as they could of just said no. So I'm thankful for that.

Fairly smooth experience. Just make sure the dealer is registered with the fca or you cannot finance the vehicle. We found a couple of vehicles which fell through because of this. Otherwise pretty straightforward with a fast payout at the end.
