Primarily we appointed them to take over the day to day IT support, but have since moved forward with an Office 365 migration, and implemented a backup and disaster recovery solution. Very happy with service so far, and would highly recommend to anyone seeking an alternative IT provider. Matthew.

United Kingdom | 23 July 2018We've been using Computer Services Group Ltd for three years to provide a managed IT support services for the business. CSG provide proactive remote monitoring of our systems and have identified a failing server drive before it caused us any problems.. CSG manage our onsite backup routines and also make a daily backup at their data centre which we have on one occasion had to be used to recover data. CSG also provide and monitor our system with Anti Virus software which is updated daily and also provide us with a managed email security system.

We have since utilised CSG on a number of projects to improve disaster recovery, company wide wireless and more recently migration of email and supply chain software to the cloud. The delivery and after care met all targets and timescales. Can't speak highly enough of the overall IT experience and it's down to working with a proactive team at CSG.

I can talk with an expert for advice. I can pass over infrastructure projects that give me time to focus on business improvement. I can be secure in knowing there's full I.T support when I'm away from the office. Our I.T helpdesk issues can be varied, frustrating and unique to the user, but CSG make every effort to solve issues within the agreed SLA.

Initially CSG were our Pegasus supplier and then became our hardware and system supplier with a very fair support contract. Problems are resolved quickly and CSG have been flexible on contract renewal and very helpful when we upgrade our systems. There are no hidden extras and accelerators in our contracts with CSG, we pay for what was agreed and are invoiced correctly at all times. This inspires confidence and a fair degree of loyalty. CSG have very up to date technical support and this saves me the bother of having to stay accredited so I can concentrate on in house projects leading to crucial process improvement. As a result, Ribbons has never had to employ more than one IT member of staff.

United Kingdom | 08 February 2017Sales representative Matthew promised that certain reports and elements were available on our payroll package and unfortunately they weren't. It is only after purchasing the package that we were told otherwise...we can however purchase another program with them to obtain these reports at an additional charge....unfortunately, the staff at the helpdesk didn't seem surprised that these promises were made which makes me think that it isn't the first time it has happened.
