Utterly disgusting service. The part I ordered was not in stock, apparently 'contact us for a delivery time' means that the item is not in stock. Although I was prepared to wait so I placed my order and £184 was taken, I then received an email saying that they did not have the item in stock and had no idea when it will be in stock. They offered an 'alternative' at double the original cost with a paltry 10% discount, which I fail to see as an alternative. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund. They took payment for a part they knew was not available and doubled the price for the 'alternative'. It's a shame as I have heard great things about this company and was excited to order from them. I am extremely disappointed and angry with the whole experience. I will never do business with fullcartuning again. Avoid.

Moest lang wachten (4 maanden) maar de sportuitlaat van Remark was dat het zeker waard. Zelf op een Toyota C-hr 2.0 GR SPORT hybride klinkt hij geweldig. Moest wel steeds bellen voor updates over de levering. Dat had beter gekund. Ook het goodypakket voor het lange wachten had beter gekund. Maar nu de uitlaat eronder zit ben ik dik tevreden
