Placed an order at few months ago and recently received the item ordered a few days ago. I reached out on numerous occasions about my order and never got an answer from the company on the status of my order. Unfortunately I thought I got hoax and lost my money. So I ordered the item from another company and got it within a week and two. The only email traffic I got from the company was when I reached out about returning the item due to being delivered almost 2 months after order that wasn’t a special order to make. However the company was able to work with me and refund me my money to include the shipping price. What started off as a bad experience ended up as a good experience.
