They said it was mostly fixed but this was not true. I requested a refund since the paper brought me many problems. I wish I could give them less than one star. My experience with this company was highly disappointing. I ordered a postgraduate paper for a systematic review and received a document that was completely unrelated to my chosen subject. The quality was subpar and seemed like it wasn't even intended for an academic setting. Dr. O'Neill was assigned to write my assignment, and when I expressed my concerns about the content, I was blocked from further communication instead of addressing the issues. I ended up discarding the paper because it was irrelevant and unusable. Upon receiving the first draft, I realised that they could not deliver the quality work I expected, so I requested a refund, which was denied. If you require academic assistance, I strongly advise you to seek alternatives rather than risk your education and money with this service.

The only good thing is that I received the papers promptly and before my deadline. That of course made no difference as the papers received were absolutely useless. The authors, who by the way are NOT native English speakers despite posing as such (they use English names when they clearly aren’t English or in any case do not have English proficiency) failed spectacularly to follow my instructions and it was obvious they drafted the assignments using Wikipedia and Google search!! They were completely clueless on the topics they were tasked with writing essays on and I ended up having to write the whole thing by myself. When I contacted them and asked for my money back via whats app, they said they only did submission reviews when it is clearly stated on their website that they do have a refund policy for concerns over quality. When contacted again pointing this out and expressing my dismay at the service provided, they took their sweet time getting back to me, then told me to “wait for a bit” and ultimately stopped replying to my messages altogether. £250 went down the drain just like that!!

I got my assignment from the company and complained, it was not done as ordered, the referencing was wrong and the information used was actually missing from the footnotes (and they didn't even use journals or at a minimum academic books/ literature). Subsequently, they told me it was a 'draft' even though the email clearly said *FINAL*, in any event, they promised to do the work again as it was their 'responsibility', the work should have been done by 10:05 this morning and it is now 14:50 and we are still arguing back and forward over it. This company is despicable. I will keep updating the position. I would suggest you avoid this company
