My experience was so good with Mr Alfred because he was so knowledgeable and helpful with the process of helping me fill out the application over the phone and he explained everything that i needed to know he was very professional and patient with me

Alfred was vary helpful and was able to answer all of my questions.. he was very courteous and knew his job well. It would be nice if every business had such courteous helpers. Also, I appreciate having a live person to talk to.
