Good experience. There wasn´t an option to choose the delivery and that threw me off a little when I saw the price I paid for shipping...However the website is nice and the products are just the same you buy from the hair shop. Products arrived in good condition and are nice quality. If lockdown continues for much longer, this is a really good alternative to get your African Hair products.

They didn't have online what I wanted so I messaged the website which explained they had recently launched the website so everything isn't currently up on the website. they asked what was I Looking for I then sent them my extended list of Hair care & skincare. The process of choosing out the products was very simple and and easy. The emails are also clear and well displayed however it has been 2 weeks since I have placed my order and have not received any update or idea as to when the products will then arrive. The products I was aiming to replace have already run out so me ordering in advance lost its purpose.
