We were very pleased to get such awesome seats at the last minute. Service was great!

Person from whom I ordered the tickets was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Tickets arrived by FedEx within a couple of days of placing the order. Was surprised and dismayed to see that the price I paid for the tickets was double that shown on the tickets themselves. Not good business practice and that should have been disclosed. Would probably have purchased the tickets another way if I had known that.

I wasn't able to order online - the arena seating chart (color-coded) did not indicate which color was loge or general seating - it was confusing. I had to get that information from your customer care person who did a great job in helping me. I did get the email as to where I could download my tickets. This part of the process went well.

Effortless long distance ordering and seat selection of tickets made the experience so easy. I would not hesitate to use this service again and agian.

Had to pay fees twice trying to get enough tickets don't think that's right. Also there should be away to just print the tickets or pick them up to save some money.

Paid almost $100.00 over the ticket price and then when I got tickets someone else's name on them and the seats were the last row in the balcony. I asked them to cancel and they wouldn't. Great customer relations- huh???
