Jadlam have a wide range of stock. My interest is in Scalextric and I am a returning customer because I have never had any issues with Jadlam supplied products. As I am a mail order customer I cannot comment on the shop staff, but their packing department do a very good job, the models have always arrived undamaged, due to good use of packaging materials without being excessive. I also like their loyalty scheme where points equal money off. If there is a down side it is minimal, I use their free postage option and it does take a while, upto four days from the time I place an order to the post office delivering it, but I know Jadlam are busy, and the post office unfortunately are not the fastest in rural areas. However there are other postage options offered by Jadlam if I want the item quickly, I'm just not one of those "must have it yesterday" people. Well done Jadlam.

The kit was ordered late in the evening, Jadlam despatched the kit the following day. For a change, the Royal Mail delivered the box 2 days later. So well done everyone involved. Great service as usual.
