I was pleased to see item despatched quickly. The RM didn't deliver on Wednesday for some reason. Idk why. But delivered today instead. Item well packaged and in excellent condition.

I recently purchased a “TOYWAY” 1:12 Scale Diecast “Chopper Bike” from another retailer, as a surprise gift for my Wife, who had owned one as a Teenager in the 1980’s & absolutely loved it. I subsequently discovered that TOYWAY also made a set of two 1:12 Scale resin figures to go with that model: A rider for the bike & another child sitting on an orange “Spacehopper” balloon that was another popular toy from the 70’s & 80’s & which my Wife had ALSO owned back then, so this was a “must have” additional surprise gift for her that I purchased from JADLAM TOYS & GAMES because their price was easily the best… It arrived promptly from JADLAM but, sadly, both of the fragile resin figures had pieces broken off in transit, which therefore spoiled this extra surprise for my Wife, so I emailed JADLAM with photos of the damage & asked how I could obtain a replacement item for her. ***They could not have been more helpful!*** 😊👍 I received a very courteous & apologetic personal reply from “Hannah” in their Customer Experience Team, who apologised for the unfortunate breakage that had spoiled my Wife’s surprise & told me that she had already arranged for a replacement item to be dispatched to our address, that would be packaged so as to ensure it arrived safely. Hannah also provided a Tracking Number for the replacement parcel. In addition, she had awarded me some “J-Points” (discount vouchers) as a gesture of goodwill. When I wrote back to express my sincere thanks & gratitude for such prompt, polite & efficient Customer Service, Hannah ONCE AGAIN responded with another personal & polite email & invited me to contact her again if there were any subsequent issues. The replacement parcel arrived safely (despite *Royal Mail* managing to inadvertently divert it to the wrong end of the country initially… 😂) with the contents well packed & pristine, as promised, & my Wife was delighted with both figures, that brought back some very cherished memories of her childhood. MY SINCERE THANKS to Hannah ✨🥇✨ in particular & to JADLAM TOYS & GAMES 🏆 as a whole, for providing such courteous & caring old-fashioned Customer Service, of the sort that used to be the norm in the U.K. but which- all too often nowadays - is replaced with automated emails or a premium rate phone number that is never answered. I shall CERTAINLY be buying from JADLAM TOYS & GAMES again! 🙂🤝😊👍
