Northstar IT are quite simply the best at what they do! Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to sort out any IT issues. It is reassuring to know that help is only a phone call away. I would love to say that we would strongly recommend Northstar, but selfishly want to keep them all to ourselves!

Northstar IT recently upgraded the PCs in the office including to Windows 11. Very friendly and helpful team working around our day to day requirements so there was minimal to no disruption. I couldn’t be more pleased with Northstar IT. The engineer that came to install my work PC and WiFi was pleasant, chatty and very professional. He explained everything in detail in my non IT language and answered any questions I had. I’m not a lover of having strangers in my home but he made me relax straight away.
