Such care and attention was taken at every stage and the finished product has genuinely surpassed all my expectations. I am 47 and have Multiple Sclerosis. My mobility is very poor, am confined to a wheelchair and was struggling to get comfortable anywhere other than in bed. I have now had many riser/recliner type chairs, each unsuitable in a variety of ways. Colin came to measure me for a new chair He asked me about my condition and discussed my specific needs and desires. A few weeks later, I was waiting to be disappointed in a new and surprising way. What would be wrong this time? It turned out to be me! The care and attention that Colin had shown previously all paid off hugely and the finished chair genuinely surpassed all my greatest expectations. I was truly comfortable for the first time in several years and I can't be more grateful. I can not recommend Accro Careline more highly. Thank you Colin and all the team. I am very happy and so comfortable now. What a relief.

United Kingdom | 11 March 2021I was given Accro Clearline's contact details because my relative is in a nursing home receiving care for a terminal illness. She was not able to take part in many activities or leave her room very much, because of safety. she didn't have a chair that was suitable for her condition. After my husband spoke to Colin, we were impressed by his product knowledge, he swiftly arranged a visit to the nursing home to see how he could help. He followed all Covid restrictions and was very professional in fitting my relative for a refurbished specialised chair. The chair has been a godsend to her, and she is far more comfortable and sociable now that she can join in more at her nursing home. I have also spoken to Ann on the telephone, she was extremely helpful and friendly, and explained any queries that I had, regarding the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Accro Clearline.
