Excellent customer service! I received exactly what I wanted, and when I had questions they were prompt to answer. They seriously have a fast customer service, and personally I prefer e-mail communication, and that's what I initiated with them. I highly dislike it when I choose a form of contact with a company, for example e-mails, and they instead decide to call me. I probably chose mailing for a reason. Unlike some other businesses, Ardmoor didn't do that. They replied promptly to my e-mails. To keep it objective, the only time there was a small delay in replys was during the peak holiday season, which is totally understandable. I believe they were off for a few days around New Year(understandably), but I received a reply as soon as activities resumed. All in all very happy. Definitely recommend them.

I wasn't Impressed by an email I received shortly after making the purchase which was pushing a zero carbon agenda ( something which only possible without humans ) this is a,policy which is going to be used very soon which have the population under permanent lockdowns and the ability to use what I purchased or use the outdoors won't be possible. Anyone who doesn't believe so only have to read the Great Reset and find out 192 countries have signed up and working at quite a rate to bring it in . I won't shop here again because of this reason

Ardmoor answered my question about sizes very efficiently and offered the jacket at a good price. It was sent quickly so I could wear it before the shooting season ended. Very happy with the performance of the garment and Ardmoor service.

Though quality of the goods was excellent and, although the sizing information was inaccurate, the ArdMoor's response to changing them was very good and quick.

My only criticism would be delivery a bit slow. Maybe you could speed up time between order snd dispatched. Thanks.
