Excellent customer service, advice, and updates regarding products

Eighteen months ago I purchased a pair of Ariat Skyline Summit GTX boots within a short time one boot leaked so I returned them to Ardmoor the shop where I bought them. They were very helpful and sent me a new pair. However in just over a year one boot leaked and a couple of months later the other leaked. I can no longer wear them as they are not fit for purpose, in the description they were guaranteed waterproof and were expensive.
