Great product, poor delivery turn around, poor customer service. Ordered 15th November, automated email said it could take 3-5 working days to be dispatched. On the 24th November I emailed asking when it would be dispatched and to say that if it wasn't going to be dispatched by the following day then I would like a refund. This email was ignored, emailed again on the 25th asking what was going on and again asking for a refund as the service wasn't good enough. This was again ignored, I received an automated email later that day saying my order had been dispatched. Tracking details suggest that wasn't correct as the royal mail status began on the 26th November and was listed as Sender dispatching item. Finally arrived on the 2nd December! I never received a response to my emails and presume that Royal mail strikes will be blamed - to put things in perspective I ordered a coat from their competitors on the same day - arrived 48hrs later. Avoid!

As it was a present a gift voucher it would have been nicer to have a little card voucher to send rather than an email.

I ordered the Baleno Livingstone drovers coat for my husband, unfortunately it was a tight fit, so I contacted Ardmoor and they very kindly arranged for me to return it to them and arranged for an exchange for me. I have never dealt with a Company who are so friendly and efficient, I can highly recommend this company.
