We don't really write review about companies as mistakes always happen, but please don't trust this company! We tried to pay them for a a trade and HSBC stopped the trade and close down our banks account for three days because they didn't trust this company. We then agreed that we try again with them but on a smaller trade and push the payment through HSBC. Once Transfer Connex received our payment they wrote us an email saying that Transfer Connex were keep £726.32 against the original Dollar trade and that they would keep the rest of our money unless we settled the full £19,000. Be very very carefully with these guys as they will lie in emails and on the phone. We have an official complaint with the FCA and with Currency Cloud with regards their practices and will hopefully be able to get our money back?

Henry Tilney is always at the end of the phone when I need to make a trade no matter how big or small. Good advice and very easy to complete the transaction. Also great that they are not pushy I have dealt with other people in the past who constantly phone. Would highly recommend using them.
