Great communication, quick delivery

This is my second experience with Hubcap, Tire & Wheel and like my original purchase, the second was no different - quality wheels at a fair price and quick delivery.

I ordered a set of wheels for my truck and the shipping was quick. I took the rims to Firestone to have them installed. Firestone called and said the mounting hardware was missing. I call them twice no answer, I followed up with ACIMA and they responded back three months later that Hubcap Tire and Wheel said that everything was delivery. It doesn't make sense why a company will stiff a customer on a $30 set of lug nuts.

Great customer service! I called about a recent order and was given advice on how to buy the product at a savings. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a set of wheels for my truck and they showed as promised. I took them to my neighborhood tire shop to have them installed. There it was discovered open installation 1 wheel was missing all 7 chrome accents pieces including the mounting hardware. I really don’t know how this could happen.

Ordered 1 day, delivered the next day! Less than 24 hours turnaround time to deliver 4 wheels and accessories is impressive. I did order 1 style of wheels, paid, transaction completed, to be told that the style I chose was out of stock. Was a little disappointed, but there was similar enough of another rim style they did have in stock, so went with that; the lightning fast shipping more than made up for the out of stock items.

The wheels and tires had to be shipped seperate and it coust me a not her $180.00 to gat mounted and balanced. I should have just had the ship wheels and tires to one of there places and waited the extra time for them to arrive. Look great all together and on my car.
