my best tango pay

the worst customer service i have ever come across. avoid at all costs and don’t fall in the trap of TangoPay offering the best rates. i sent some money back home and the transaction took weeks to be processed. i uploaded all the documents and ID and financial statements to support it but the team took forever to come back and held my money. after calling and waiting in the queue for hours they will tell you someone will look into it but nobody did. it happened on 2 occasions. at the end, they returned my money back and i thought of giving them a try again but they did the same thing. i had to delete my account as i found out that it happened with someone else too. i think they withheld the money for their own financial gain or something.

Worst app for international transfers, used it once transaction failed and they issued a refund which I had to pursue for 2 months emailing them for the refund, customer service is pathetic as well they kept saying I will receive a phone call to further details which I never received. Again made the mistake of using it this time they charged my bank account and held the funds asking for resubmitting document. Now I will have to resubmit everything for no reason and wait for them to approve my transaction. It's just ridiculously annoying. PS. use TangoPay if you can wait for months for a transaction.

Tango pay is the best exchange service provider in UK which I am using from quite long time. Previously I was using taptap, wise. The rates are good if you are sending big amounts from UK.
