I received the package from The Netherlands to Romania in about seven days. The package was a bubble envelope, inside each sample was well closed and in an individual cardboard box. There was absolutely no leakage. In my opinion the perfumes are 100% original. Communication with the seller was fast and effective (a small address mixup because of Google Pay settings). Thank you for the presents, a travel spray for my 10 ml order and an extra sample from another perfume, it was a nice gesture. I will definitely return to your shop for another order in the future. Ik kocht een luchtje voor mijzelf en mijn moeder maar na een week heb ik niks ontvangen of gehoord. Dus ik nam gisteren contact op en toen kreeg ik bijna gelijk al een track en trace vindt het beetje apart dus 1 ster.

Al diverse luxe parfums besteld bij deze site. Ik vind het fijn dat ik dan voor een veel kleiner bedrag van een duur parfum kan genieten zonder gelijk een grote fles te hoeven kopen. Echt een uitkomst. Super snelle levering en fijne communicatie. Ontzettend tevreden klant hier!

The people behind PetitParfums are very kind and attentive. My package with 18 samples took 58 days in total to arrive (since payment), but that's due to GLS constantly sending the package back to them, and then figuring out they didn't ship to my location, so then it was sent with PostNL, and it was delivered within 20 days (customs held it). This however is barely this company's problem, but the shippers. Nonetheless, it did affect my experience. I also did not receive the free travel spray I was promised in an email, but they did add 2 free Hemcael samples which was nice. The samples were nicely packed, each with its individual little branded box. The decants are glass and are very nice and cute, the label stickers on each one don't look like they'll come off easily. They replied to one of my emails in around 2 minutes which was very pleasant! I would order from PetitParfums again, but making sure they don't ship it with GLS lmao. Overall satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend them if you're in Europe.

Ik koop hier altijd in eerste instantie mijn geuren, zodat ik de parfums eerst goed uit kan testen, voordat ik de grote fles aanschaf. Ze houden je goed op de hoogte over de status van je bestellingen en communiceren duidelijk en snel. Heel erg blij met deze webshop.
