However, what sets this company apart from others is the trouble they take should something go a little awry, including managing my mistake when I put the wrong postcode for a order which was destined for my son. Not surprisingly it was delivered to the wrong address, and so very promptly they followed this up for me and now the parcel is safely and securely with my son.

Only issue was they use DPD couriers who always are a pain when they deliver stuff to us (say “not in” when we are or “can’t find address” when everyone else has no problem). So delivery always takes several extra days with theses guys.
