First time using Millys Store and absolutely delighted with the whole experience. I was looking for an I.O. Shen Chinese cleaver so as usual googled to compare prices. Millys Store came out on top with the cleaver cheaper than anywhere else. They also had an offer on which meant the price was reduced by a further £10 with a code they supplied. I emailed them to check stock and to ask if they could expedite delivery to next day for me. I received a reply a few minutes later and for a negligible charge it would ship for next day delivery with DPD. So price was great, communications were quick and responsive and the whole service was very smooth. Great customer service.
