Very pleased with my delivery and quality of packaging. If I had seen this particular duvet cover before purchase I would not have bought it. The images online made it looked better. The pattern is barely visible so not pleasing to the eye.

Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Super little ramekins. Had option to divert to a post office for safe delivery, though I didn't need to on this occasion.

Stellar has a long sound reputation and their cutlery is of very good quality. Just replenished kitchen with the same design as had for last 30 years; slightly cheaper that Amazon. Delivery was within a day or two of ordering.

Original order was despatched promptly but Royal Mail did not act upon my delivery instructions and returned the item to the store. I contacted the store regarding this and they resent the item very quickly and I was delighted with my purchase. I will definitely use this store in future, very good customer service and communication

Great quality cutlery very competitive pricing and quick delivery

Had an issue with a knife in a cutlery set I purchased, it was a manufacturing fault so I sent them an email and got a reply really fast. They were really helpful and popped a replacement knife out to me in the post. They were friendly and had a personal touch to their customer service which is not often the case these days. I love the cutlery set I purchased and look foward to using it for years to come.
