They messed up my site, lost the backup, they don't know how to manage servers, just scrap services. BIG NO for their services, don't buy any else you will be lost you business in between and no one will listen to you.

Hi , My Name is Pushpinder , i Recently bought hosting from onohosting.com , after some days Hosting RAJA Accuired it, Its just 10 days and my All Details got Changed. I Asked for Refund as i didnt Like there Service , But They Said NO Directly , also Support is not good. I dont Recommend to any one to use Hosting RAJA, Go for Host inger Much Better Support.

Unfortunately, it’s not a glowing recommendation. Unprofessional Support: The support team lacks professionalism and often fails to address critical issues promptly. Tickets are closed without resolving queries, leaving customers frustrated and unheard. Technical Glitches: Changes made to our website resulted in unexpected downtime. Emails went haywire. The oversight on Gmail settings (MX entries) was baffling. Lack of Knowledge: The team’s understanding of technical intricacies seems limited. Basic configurations were overlooked, causing unnecessary disruptions. In summary, HOSTINGRAJA may offer cheap plans and impressive loading times, but their support quality and technical expertise leave much to be desired. As a potential customer, proceed with caution.

They have made some changes and our website, emails are down. Upon raising tickets they just made the website live and emails are still down. they have missed some gmail setting (MX entries). Worst thing is they are closing the support tickets without answering the queries. Unprofessional.
