Quality business! The site and listings are super nice. Most remarkable, the customer service team is amazing. They are so quick, nice and helpful. I missed out on an item, and they said they would find me another. I was so surprised and happy when, 2 days later, they emailed me to let me know the tracked another down. That is a whole different level of service. They clearly have loyal buyers and sellers for a reason.

I purchased a fragile item that had to be shipped internationally. Intondo customer service were prompt in sharing shipping quotes and information, and the item arrived well packed and pretty quickly. The item itself is great and will be much loved for years to come. The only tricky part is that some communication is in Italian and unfortunately (to my great regret) I don't speak Italian, so I had to use a bit of Google translate here and there to make sure I was purchasing the right colour. Overall a great experience and a good alternative to high-priced sites like 1stdibs.

Ho acquistato tramite INTONDO una poltrona in pelle usata, pervenuta con tempestività ed in perfette condizioni. Soddisfatto del servizio, mi sono avvalso del loro corriere e del supporto della Signora Livia, manager di grande cortesia ed efficienza della società, per una consegna di piccoli mobili dall'estero, pervenuti anch'essi in tempi rapidissimi (il corriere, pur non richiesto, mi ha perfino aiutato a caricarli in ascensore, caso raro di questi tempi..). Consigliatissimo, anche per i prezzi più che corretti!

Su Intondo ho trovato esattamente le sedie che stavo cercando, 4 sedie anni 50 di fattura Italiana, identiche a quelle che già avevo! Il venditore e’ stato molto disponibile e la spedizione è stata rapida.
