United Kingdom | 03 April 2025I was so surprised. I'd ordered a simple rubber on/off button cap for a 3 D Cell mag light the other day and was told it would be delivered either on the 2nd or 5th Jan. So you can imagine my surprise to have it hand delivered by a guy on a push bike, who had ridden all the way from Clitheroe to Lancaster today (Sunday 30th May). This was a small rubber cap that could of been posted but, as I said above, they went beyond amazing. Torchupgrades. at Clitheroe, Lancashire. Check them out for all your Mag light upgrade needs.

I am in contact with customer service but for the moment, apart from talking with me to find a solution, I still have not received my package and I have the strong impression that no solution will be found for me. .... United Kingdom | 13 February 2022The ordered items were posted quickly. Unfortunately, the parcel was lost. TorchUpgrades refused to chase Royal Mail, refund, or re-send and claim insurance for the lost parcel. All they did was advise me to be patient and wait or sort it out myself, which I did. After an exchange of emails and two personal visits, Royal Mail found the parcel. It all took more than three weeks. I am very disappointed with TorchUpgrade's lack of action. Once they get you money they don't care, and in case of problems, they leave you to solve them on your own.
